    I'm getting a lot of spam right now too. I think one of the reasons Askimet does such a good job filtering spaments - I've never had one get through - is that it goes slightly overboard so that you'll occasionally get some real comments tagged as spam. Then , every once in a while, Askimet seems to temporarily lose its mind and sends way too many to the spam queue. It it my one big frustration with Wordpress but I'm willing to live with it because there is no better alternative.
