I'm impressed....25 pounds! I think I'm finding what you're losing...that's why I'm on such a fitness kick lately. I got all the way up to 190 pounds once and didn't like it.
I enjoyed learning a little more about you...you've done some cool stuff and done a lot of traveling...I always enjoy reading your writing! :)
And beets? *gag* I hear ya, friend...
