Following an evening with a large group and what I considered exceptional service, I asked to speak with the manager. I let the manager know of the exceptional service and made sure he knew our server (they hear enough complaints...they deserve to hear better news when deserved). A week later when it was just the two of us, we were surprised at the end of our meal with a free desert compliments of the management...to say the least, I was impressed.

Re: Thanks, Chili&#8217;s!

I love hearing good experiences like that...in this day and age, customer service just ain't what it used to be. I'm glad that Chili's ironed things out for you so fast...another reason for it to be one of my favorite places to eat! :)<br>And it was great to see you the other day, and to meet your mom...she is such a sweetheart! :)
